HEALTHY APPLE CRISP
This crisp is sweet and simple to prepare. I love how crisps are an ideal way to use seasonal fruits. This will satisfy your sweet tooth without all the sugar.
Filling:
6 cups peeled, thinly sliced organic apples
(about 6-8 medium)
1 cup of blueberries or peaches
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
Topping:
1 cup old-fashion rolled oats
¼coconut palm sugar
1/3 oat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp softened coconut oil
