You have a message. Yeah you!

You have a message. Yes, I’m talking to you.

Maybe you know what your message is, or maybe you don’t (it took me awhile). Either way, you have one. And sharing it with the world will make you feel incredibly fulfilled from the inside out.

Deep down, I believe we’re all called to be of service. What this means is that most of us are consciously aware of a desire to help others

Your message – or the way you can be of most service in the world- is to help people with the very thing that you’ve struggled with the most.

Don’t be fooled by the idea that you don’t have anything to offer because you’re still in midst of your struggles. This belief is far from true.

You don’t have to have all the answers to offer your message to the world (now that one was hard for me to believe at first). In fact, it’s better if you don’t (that would make you perfect, and who wants to listen to someone who has it all together- that’s no fun!).

Yes, you can be right in the thick of it and still be of great service through your vulnerability, your humanity, your empathy, your humility, and your desire to connect with people who are going through a similar thing.

I often joke with my clients by saying, “Do you think I became a health coach because eating well, exercising, and thinking positive thoughts has been easy for me?

Of course not!

I became a health coach because, quite honestly, it feels as if I had no other choice.

My struggles in being healthy (mind, body, and soul) have been the catalysts for me to understand them. If my experience in health had always been smooth, I’d definitely be talking about something else.

The struggle is actually the gift- MY BIG AHA!!!!

So what’s your gift?

  • What have you struggled through?
  • How are you determined to change?
  • What are you currently working on?
  • And how can you help others who are on a similar path?

You are here to help another person. Your message is a gift to them.

Listen closely to yourself to find out what that message is. And then, in whatever way feels most aligned for you, fearlessly share your message with the world.
